Yolanda popped into our Chatswood store to pick up her order of self-covered buttons to finish off this top, made up in our lovely Japanese cotton Suda Berry Check. I couldn't wait to photograph the top with the buttons added on so I convinced Yolanda to model it for me right away! It looks great as is, but I'm sure it looks wonderful with the self buttons. The frill edge to the tab adds a great finish too.
Yolanda self drafted this pattern off a favourite top - there is a similar style tab front dress in this Japanese pattern book (dress V).
I really admire Yolanda's casual and feminine style. Remember, she's the one who inspired me to make this top.
